Yes, All of our machines & coffee beans are 100% authentic.

6. Are all of your equipments brand new?
Yes all of our products are brand new and still in secure packaging.
7. Do you have a showroom located in your store in Loughrea?
No, We do not all of our products are sold online. If you are in need for more information you can always call us @ 083 168 8779. or you can watch all of the videos displayed on each product page.
8. What if my product arrives with physical defects ?
If you have purchased a product through this website and believe that it is defective and would like to repair or exchange it within 14 days, you must first contact technical support. Once tech support authorizes the exchange or repair, we will pick up at our expense the defective unit sending you the replacement without any extra cost. Shipment of the exchanged goods will be completely covered by our company.
